Well established within the plastics moulding supply chain with the background of a formal Mould making apprenticeship and associated engineering qualifications. I now work with clients who want to maximise their buying power by utilising China for their Tooling and Moulding needs.

Export Tooling
With a British Tooling engineer in China and Neil in the UK overseeing the design, manufacture, testing, sign-off & delivery of your Injection Mould(s) we ensure they will work seamlessly in your facility and produce the components to the specification you require.
Using our expertise and global network will result in you paying a lot less for your Moulds without sacrificing the quality or service.
Understanding your desired components and the exact specification required, we oversee the design, manufacture and testing of the Injection Mould.
Our British Tooling engineer in China will run trials until the Tool is at the correct level producing the agreed components. We will then ensure the components are shipped expediently to you.
Consultancy
Tailored to your exact requirements, I help organisations from initial concept & project development requirements through to process analysis, part geometry, material choices, logistics, minimising environmental impact, prototypes, upscaling and final component delivery.
All with expert advice from a lifetime of experience in Injection Moulding.
